Structural Advantages
- It is made of two layers of steel plates (inner and outer), with high-efficiency thermal insulation materials filled between the two layers to reduce heat transfer and ensure the stable storage of liquefied gas in the tank.
- The tank body is designed with special brackets or supports, which can be placed on the ground or hung outside buildings, facilitating installation and maintenance.
- Valves, pressure gauges, thermometers and other devices are installed on the tank bodyto monitor the pressure and temperature of the gas inside the tank,ensuring the safe operation of the storage tank.
Manufacturing Process and Safety Performance
The manufacturing process of the 35m³ liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage tank strictly complies with relevant national standards and specifications to ensure product quality and safety performance.
lDuring the manufacturing process, equipment and process tools with a high degree of mechanization and automation are adopted to improve production
efficiency and product quality. Specifically, the manufacturing process includes multiple links such as raw material supply, blanking and cutting, cylinder forming,
assembly and welding butt joint, non-destructive testing, heat treatment control, pressure test, and anti-corrosion coating.
lIn terms of raw material supply, GNEE has its own raw material factory, so the cost is relatively lower compared with purchasing. Moreover, more than 80% of the
steel plates are custom-rolled steel plates, which ensures the stable quality of the steel plates. All custom-rolled steel plates are wide-width plates, which reduces the
number of welds in the cylinder and helps improve the safety performance of the product.
lIn terms of safety performance, the 35m³ LPG storage tank is equipped with a complete set of safety devices and monitoring systems. Devices such as pressure
gauges and thermometers are installed on the tank body to monitor the pressure and temperature of the gas inside the tank in real time. Manufacturers have also
conducted strict pressure tests and leakage detection on it.
